Program Results: 

Results from my nutrition programs may vary significantly from person to person. Several factors influence individual outcomes, including but not limited to:

• Gender & Age: Metabolic rates, hormonal profiles, and nutritional needs differ across age groups and between genders.

• Genetics: Genetic predispositions can affect how the body responds to dietary changes and physical activity.

• Activity Level: The frequency, intensity, and type of physical activity play a major role in achieving desired results.

• Compliance: Consistent adherence to the prescribed diet plans, lifestyle recommendations, and other instructions is essential for optimal results.

• Medical Conditions: Pre-existing health conditions or medications may impact progress and should be disclosed during consultation.

• We strive to provide the best guidance, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Your commitment and consistency are key to success.

​​Payments & Cancellations:​

• All diet consultation sessions must be booked with advance payment to ensure appointment confirmation.

• Payments may be made via Cash, UPI, or Bank Transfer. 

• Payments are non-refundable once the service is availed. 

• All Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

• All programs are charged per individual and are non-transferrable. 

• Only the first general consultation is complimentary.

​​Payment Plans / EMI options for 3-, 6-, or 9-Month Programs:

• If you're joining a 3-, 6-, or 9-month program, you can choose to pay the full amount upfront or go with easy monthly installments—each due at the beginning of the month during your program. 

• Should you decide to discontinue your 3-, 6-, or 9-month program early, you’ll only be billed for the period during which services were provided.​

• Referral benefits apply only when the referred individual successfully enrolls.

• Family Nutrition Program discounts apply only to group enrollments.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any program or promotional offer at any time.

• We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to: Non-compliance with program guidelines, Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior, Misrepresentation of personal information, Situations where continuing service is not in the best interest of the client or provider. 

• This policy is in place to ensure a safe, respectful, and effective environment for all participants.
